- In case you have received any kind of damaged product or something that’s different from what you ordered; you will be requested to send it back to us referring to the order number. Once you have sent the product to us and it is delivered, you will be eligible to get the fresh pieces without any additional cost.
- There are specific items listed within our site that aren’t eligible for returns. It will be mentioned on the site for specific products, so please read all the information on the product page carefully before placing your orders.
Returns and Exchanges
The exchange policy on Royal Chanderi Saree is that we are not liable for providing any kind of return or refund for the products that are once sold. Once our products are sold, they can only be replaced or exchanged in case of damage. Customers will be issued with a credit note over their account on our business platform if their preferred size of the product isn’t in stock with us. The customer can then use the credit note and make a purchase for any product from the Royal Chanderi Saree store.
If the product that is put up for exchange or return is not for the sale section and is eligible for the replacement, then the customers must write to us over the given email address, and our team shall respond to them within a specified time window. Once the exchange or return request is attended by our team, you will be asked to send your existing product back to us right away, at the given details. During this return process, our team won’t be responsible for any kind of shipment loss during the transit.
The cost involved in the return shipping will be taken care of by the customers only, and that amount is not refundable. We recommend and request our customers to use traceable mail services for shipping the products back to our address. Please find the return address in your email response.
