The terms and conditions of use are a collective agreement between all the stakeholders of the company that are subject to addition or removal in the long run.

By using or accessing the site and its services, you are ultimately accepting the terms and conditions alongside the privacy policy.     1. Purchases Made Over the Site
    • The terms specified in this document are applicable to all the purchases that are made from your end over the site or the offers that you avail either on or by the website. 
    • The product listings over the site are not the amount subjected to any offer made by us or the binding contract. The purchase contract associated with any type of product is concluded only when you confirm the acceptance of the order through email in writing or by displaying any message of acceptance that’s generated over the site. 
    1. Prices
    • All the prices that you see for our products on the site might be inclusive of GST. If it is not inclusive, then GST might be added to the overall checkout price at the end phase of the buying process. The GST pricing will be reflected separately in the cart. 
    • Every domestic purchase will be priced in INR, and for all international purchases, the products will be priced as per the select currencies specified by the country. 
    • We reserve all the rights to charge you for the deliveries associated with your product purchase. The end price will be reflected on the site at the checkout page when you are finally confirming your purchase. The final payment you make will be inclusive of all the charges as specified, including the delivery costs. 
    1. Payments
    • We are liable for accepting the following methods of payment to accept purchases that are made over the site, including debit/credit cards and net banking. Following that, we also accept UPI, Cash on Delivery and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) payment modes to help offer our customers the best service facilities. 
    • Upon choosing any of the specified payment modes above, as available on the site, you eventually agree to all the restrictions, terms or conditions that are associated with paying the money through those methods. 
    • While making any of the payment modes available to you over the platform, we will not be held responsible for any kind of damage or loss that is caused, either directly or indirectly, to you. Our company won’t be assuming any type of liability. 
    • Any issues associated with missed authorisation, exceeding the available limit or payment issues arising during the transaction are not the concern of the company. 
    • The payment facility that we provide is neither financial service nor banking, as we are just the facilitator that provides automated, electronic or online payment solutions for remittance or collection facility of all the transactions that are undertaken over the platform, using the existing banking infrastructure or payment gateways. 
    • Furthermore, by providing you with the payment facility, we are neither acting as any kind of trustees nor are we working in any fiduciary capacity in accordance with the transaction or the associated price. 
    1. Cancellations
    • When you cancel any purchase upon completing your payment but before that order is processed for shipping from our end, we might impose some cancellation charges. This cancellation fee will be reflected on the site while you are confirming the cancellation. 
    • In some cases, we might cancel the order after you have processed the payment, which will be at our discretion. If that’s the case, we will be refunding you the full amount that you have paid for that specific order. 
    1. Delivery & Return

    You will be held responsible for ensuring that all the details you have mentioned for processing the delivery are accurate to your knowledge. In case they are incomplete or incorrect, then it might lead to the cancellation of your order, and an additional charge will be levied for the compensation.
