Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver our products in India only with a free shipping facility on all prepaid orders. However, Cash-On-Delivery or COD orders would be charged a shipping fee of INR 75.
When Will You Receive Your Products?
Once you have placed your order, it would take approximately 5 to 7 days to reach the destination after order confirmation. You can expect the product to be dispatched within two to three days of placing the order. Then, our shipping partner would take three to four days to deliver your order.
Will There Be Any Delays in Shipping?
Our shipping partner also provides expedited shipping services and 1-day or 2-day shipping services for faster deliveries. However, our valuable customers must remember that the shipping timelines can vary due to different factors. You may experience the inconvenience of delays in shipping in the following scenarios.

Can You Cancel Your Orders?
Once you have placed your order with us, you can cancel it only within 24 hours. You should note that you cannot cancel an order once we start processing your request. Upon cancellation of an order, we will refund the amount with a 5% deduction for processing charges.
How Much Do We Charge for Returns?
If you want to return a product after receiving it, then you can ship back the product within 2 days alongside emailing the courier receipt to us. You have to bear the shipping charges for returning the product. We would deduct 5% of the refund amount as processing fees. You should return products to us in the exact condition in which you received them. We implement comprehensive quality checks before refunding the amount to customers. Remember that you should keep the original packaging of the product intact while returning it to us.
